Job Description
GIMUN recruits 18 interpreters for the Annual Conference. Their task is to interpret all interaction during committee sessions in their designated committee -- from delegates' speeches, to the Chairperson's orders. Interpretation can be consecutive or simultaneous, depending on the committee.
Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements:

Currently enrolled in a Masters program in interpretation

Training in either simultaneous or consecutive interpretation

Mother tongue either English or French
-
An excellent level of the other language that is not their mother tongue
