USG for Committee Management

My name is Gerelchimeg, but feel free to call me Jenette. Between Mongolia, United States, and France, I’ve lived across three continents and attended ten different schools in that time. For the next two years, I’m happy to call Geneva my home as I start my Master’s in International Affairs degree at the Graduate Institute. Although I recall the concept of MUN as far back as seventh grade, I didn’t get involved until my third year in undergrad. However, I quickly made up for lost time through establishing the National University of Mongolia’s first ever MUN Club, leading my delegation to WorldMUN, and organizing/co-chairing our university’s MUN conference. I’ve since participated in Model UNESCO Mongolia and the 7 th Model ASEM, gaining a broader perspective of simulation conferences and an appreciation for the behind-the- scenes work involved. As I begin my journey in Geneva and with GIMUN, I look forward to serving as your USG for Committee Management and working with the organizing team to make this year’s conference a success.
